}} Sebastián Rodríguez Veloso ((:seβasˈtjan roˈðɾiɣeθ); born on 27 February 1957) is a Spanish Paralympic swimmer. He has competed at four Paralympic Games winning fifteen medals: eight gold, four silver and three bronze.
